Description

The focus of this workshop is helping women create healthy relationships with self and others. Support for women as they move forward toward healing and creating the life they desire while examining past unhealthy relationship trends. Class size is limited to 8.  Participants should plan to attend all sessions. We have the best outcomes when people are committed to attending regularly for the 6 sessions.

Twice monthly for 3 months on Tuesdays 7-8:30 pm
